Stu Jones, PA, MPH


Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Stu attended college on a basketball scholarship at Southern Nazarene University and finished his undergrad/graduate education at the University of Oklahoma college of Medicine. He received his BS and Master of Public Health as a Physician Assistant in 1993, with advanced training in Orthopedics and Sports and Emergency Medicine. Stu co-founded 7 Springs Orthopedics with Brant Bell in 2006.

Upon graduation, Stu moved to Franklin, Tennessee, where he joined the Emergency Department staff at Williamson Medical Center. Since 2000 Stu has been in private practice specializing in all areas of Orthopedics, particularly pediatrics and sports medicine, not to mention the occasional weekend warrior. Stu has assisted in the care of many athletes in Middle Tennessee at all levels and continues to work closely with several local High Schools.

Stu is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants, and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. He is married with two sons, and he and his wife Denise enjoy family time and many family sports including golf and basketball. The Joneses are members of Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood. Stu is passionate about medical missions and loves to travel with the intention to serve not only the body, but the mind and Spirit as well.
