Mark Tulloch

President & CEO

Mark has spent his entire career as part of Nashville’s entrepreneurial healthcare industry. Over the past 20 years he has held executive level roles in some of Nashville’s most successful and innovative healthcare companies, both in the provider and payor arenas. 
Prior to assuming his current position at 7 Springs Orthopedics, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer at HealthSpring, a Medicare Advantage company with operations in eight states. Previously he was a Senior Vice President with United Surgical Partners International (USPI) and had responsibility for surgical operations and development in its East Division. While at USPI Mark was also President of OrthoLink Physicians Corporation, a USPI subsidiary specializing in orthopedic practice management and ancillary development. Mark began his career at Baptist Hospital Healthcare Affiliates working in the urgent care, occupational medicine, and outpatient rehabilitation areas.
Mark is a graduate of the Massey Business School at Belmont University and completed his undergraduate work at Middle Tennessee State University where he was a varsity tennis player. Married to his wife Emily for 27 years, they have three children and reside in Brentwood, Tennessee. When not at work you can find Mark on the tennis court or spending time with family. Mark is also on the board of Cul2Vate, an organization dedicated to delivering fresh local produce to those in need, while also helping individuals find full-time employment through job readiness, life skills, and business training.
