Mark Tulloch

Mark has spent his entire career as part of Nashville’s entrepreneurial healthcare industry. Over the past 20 years he has held executive level roles in some of Nashville’s most successful and innovative healthcare companies, both in the provider and payor arenas. Prior to assuming his current position at 7 Springs Orthopedics, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer at HealthSpring, a Medicare Advantage company with operations in eight states. Previously he was a Senior Vice President with United Surgical Partners International (USPI) and had responsibility for surgical operations and development in its East Division.

Brant Bell

Brant is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since obtaining his graduate degree in physician assistant studies in 2000 from Trevecca Nazarene University. Brant is the co-founder of 7 Springs Orthopedics, which opened for business in 2006 and where he currently serves as Vice President of Business Development.

Brant is a native Nashvillian and Lipscomb graduate, and part of a large family including three siblings and four children of his own. He has been happily married to his wife Jennifer since 1990.

Stuart Jones

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Stu attended college on a basketball scholarship at Southern Nazarene University and finished his undergrad/graduate education at the University of Oklahoma college of Medicine. He received his BS and Master of Public Health as a Physician Assistant in 1993, with advanced training in Orthopedics and Sports and Emergency Medicine. Stu co-founded 7 Springs Orthopedics with Brant Bell in 2006.

Upon graduation, Stu moved to Franklin, Tennessee, where he joined the Emergency Department staff at Williamson Medical Center.

Catherine Kowalski

A native of the Buckeye state, Cathy received her BS in nursing from the Ohio State University, and her Master of Science in Organizational Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve University. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Cathy is published and contributes to a variety of industry publications.

Prior to 7 Springs Ortho, Cathy served as Vice President, Chief Operating Office and Co-Founder of Meridian Surgical Partners, an ambulatory surgery center development, acquisition, and management company.

Robert Brown

Bob graduated with honors in Accounting from Auburn University and attended the University of Florida’s Fisher School in Accounting, where he was the Price Waterhouse Fellow. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Bob has also earned his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation.

Earlier in his career, Bob worked as a CPA with Ernst & Whinny and also with Brown & McCeney. Bob then moved into Nashville’s healthcare industry with CFO roles at Sequoia Healthcare, Clinically Home, Lincor Solutions, and Passport Health Communications.

April Sackos

April is another healthcare veteran on the 7 Springs Ortho team, with over 25 years of healthcare experience.

Prior to joining 7 Springs Ortho, April served as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for Meridian Surgical Partners, an ambulatory surgery center development, acquisition and management company. Prior to Meridian, April worked for Symbion Healthcare, providing several facilities with regional operations support.

April is credentialed as a Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC), and has served as an administrator and business office manager for a multi‐specialty surgery center in Denver, Colorado.
